Acquisition
Jenny gets the data each week by writing it down on a piece of paper. It says the amount raised and the date.

Input
She then puts the data into a spreadsheet

Validation
The info is then checked by the formulas in the program to make sure the amount is reasonable.

Manipulation
The data is then changed with a formula which totals the amounts.

Storage
It is then saved to the HDD as soon as it has been processed.

Retrieval
Next time they have data to put into the spreadsheet they get the file and insert the new data.

Output
They print out the results at the end of every month

Communication
Many copies are printed out and the information is given to the students

Disposal
When the year has ended, Jenny deletes the file off of her computer.
